Question: I have 5 rooms + 14 stairs.
Is it worth it to get the stain protectant? I don't have any pets, but drink a lot of coffee

Answer: Sears has the best service, if you don't have pets the stain protectant is not necessary, just try not to spill the coffee on the carpet..I was in Atlanta not to long ago for company affairs, I was in Decatur near the VA hospital, I like Atlanta..☺

They're totally comparable to each other. Go with whomever gives you the best deal. And yes, stain protectant is worth it. One tipped over plant or spilled cup of coffee will prove it in minutes.

Alex Burch cleaned up black soot that seems to be everywhere inside his home. 

"There's black dust on my kitchen table, on the chairs, on all the tables in the living room and on the chairs and that's when it really ticked me off that I spent two hours cleaning this stuff up," said Burch.

Burch said he paid Atlanta Carpet Air Duct Cleaning Pros $130 to clean out his chimney, but that wasn't the deal he thought he was getting. The company offered to do the job for $89 on their website.

"He leaned over and looked in my chimney with his flashlight and said this is extremely dirty and is going to be more than the average $89 and said it would be $130 if he paid cash and $150 if I paid with a credit card plus a 6 percent fee," said Burch.

So CBS Atlanta News tried to track down the owner of the business, but according to the company's failing Better Business Bureau report, we learned they are operating at the Camden Dunwoody apartment homes in DeKalb County.
